We are looking for a creative and innovative marketing manager to curate how our company is experienced by our customers. Our mission is to provide a market leading total coffee solution for operators across food, drink and hospitality channels, and this person will help shape how we do that.The Marketing Manager will play an instrumental role in how we creatively market our coffee machines, coffee brands (including our Ueshima Coffee Company brand) and side products (think matcha, oat milk, ready to drink coffees) and support our sales team in winning and retaining new customers.The RoleDevelop and execute customer marketing and communication plans to grow in B2B channels, aligned with marketing strategySupport business growth - using a playbook of campaigns, digital activity and ABM tactics to generate leads and drive customer loyalty, and creative input into new proposalsLead planning and delivery of trade events & sponsorships, including stand designs, engaging activations and communications, working closely with events and marketing colleaguesDevelop and manage creative marketing campaigns for our equipment and side product portfolios, engaging with our partners to create co-branded campaigns, seasonal recipes and regularly launch new innovation to the marketOversee digital channels, including e-commerce and social media, to drive independent customer sales and raise brand visibilityLead brand launches, product strategies, partnerships, and other key marketing initiatives.Coordinate agencies and creative partners to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and within budgetManage the marketing budget, reporting and analysing performanceLine management and development of 1 x Marketing ExecutiveKeep up to date with industry insights by collaborating with category and insight teams, conducting market reviews, and identifying opportunities in white spacesThe PersonMotivated marketer with B2B hospitality, foodservice, FMCG or hot beverage backgroundDegree/professional qualification desired but not essentialSelf-starter and highly driven, with strong organisational and people skillsGreat communicatorProven ability to manage multiple projectsStrong eye for detail with the ability to write briefs, proposals and review creative workComputer proficient with Microsoft Office Applications Excel and PowerPointPeople and agency management experienceFlexible approach to work, hours and travel as requiredSalary: Competitive #J-18808-Ljbffr
