We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Marketing Manager to lead the marketing for Fenix and Louis Restaurants. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and drink, possess a keen understanding of luxury branding, and have a proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns. Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity. Support the creation of engaging content across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and print materials. M anage all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns, to optimise online presence and drive traffic to the restaurant. Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to secure press coverage and strategic partnerships. Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities. Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to senior management. Oversee the development and execution of events, promotions, and experiential marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Return on Investment, which is data driven is important to the success of the role, which we will assess against pre-determined KPIs.
The role will be a part of our brand and marketing team based at head office in central Manchester
Qualifications:
E xperience in brand marketing, preferably within the hospitality or luxury sector. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable results. Strong creative and strategic thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to evolving priorities is key. P assion for food, wine, and hospitality, with a deep understanding of the luxury consumer mindset. Why us:
