The successful applicant for this exciting opportunity will lead the charge on their brand, campaigns, events and everything in between, as well as managing a small but mighty team of two and working side-by-side with the leadership to make sure they continue to punch above their weight.OverviewRole overview and key focus areas for success in this position.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement marketing strategies for our growing list of projects, from the day you get your hands on them, to launch, and beyondDream up and implement bold, attention-grabbing multichannel campaigns that drive leads, boost engagement, and deliver ROILead and manage the marketing team, keeping the creativity flowing and enabling the team to continue working at bestSet and track key marketing KPIs to measure effectiveness, ROI and spendManage media planning and digital ad spend to ensure every penny pulls its weightBe the brand guardian, making sure everything from TikToks to press releases feel unmistakably “them”Oversee PR, social media, community engagement, and reputation managementDevelop PR strategies, write press releases, often in collaboration with partnersWrite for a mix of purposes, from short, snappy window ads, to longer form award entriesBring our places to life with everything from public consultations to pop-up events, food fests and community takeoversManage, support and cheerlead your team to do their best workBuild solid relationships with everyone from residents to councils, commercial tenants to creative partnersUse insight and data to sharpen campaigns, evolve our approach and keep growing our impactAbout youWell, you’ll need to have plenty of bold, fresh ideas and want to get stuck in. You’ll need to be super organised too, with the ability to lead the marketing and design team to success.
