ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver the yearly overarching marketing plan in the UK and across key international markets, utilising organic and paid digital and offline channels, working closely with the marketing team, Specialist Diagnostics Centres, wider hospital teams and the marketing agencies.Understand audience segments, both on a market and payor level, and develop effective, targeted campaign strategies and messaging that helps the campaigns meet KPIs.Build effective relationships with key consultants and hospital teams to both understand the key selling points and ensure these are featured in content and marketing messaging, and ensure buy-in and engagement with all marketing activity.Lead on planning and delivering collaborative marketing plans with wider Bupa, and with Bupa Clinics and Bupa Global, ensuring the Cromwell brand is correctly managed and positioned across all content.Work with other Bupa teams to report on activity performance and link back to commercial goals where possible.Manage the digital marketing agency, ensuring they stay on track with performance against KPIs. Be the Cromwell lead at any agency meetings - both weekly and quarterly review meetings.Manage the day to day marketing budget for promoting Specialist Diagnostic Centres, reporting monthly on spend and ROI to the Head of Marketing. Ensure activity is delivered and tracking within the agreed budget and make recommendations for optimised ROI.Assist in the development and launch of a major new London centre in H1 2026. Lead the marketing launch including ongoing awareness and lead generation plans working closing with Digital team, GP engagement, service development, PR and wider Bupa colleagues.Educated to degree level, or with suitable work experience and a marketing qualification e.g. CIMMinimum 5 years working in another marketing role as a Manager or Senior Marketing ExecutiveExperience of managing social media channels and creating content for different audiencesExperience managing external agenciesMultichannel (on/offline) media experience (focus on digital)Strong reporting and analytics skillsDirect to consumer experienceSkills and Competencies: Excellent relationship management and influencing skillsSenior stakeholder managementHere you'll be welcomed.
