We are seeking an experiencedMarketing Managerto lead and deliver our marketing strategy across digital and traditional channels. This role involves enhancing our brand, managing campaigns, and producing engaging content in a B2B, project-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Own and maintain brand consistency across all channels and collateral in line with the Company values. Manage digital marketing, including the Company website, SEO, and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook). Create high-quality content such as case studies, brochures, internal comms, and bid support materials. Plan and deliver campaigns, events, and employer branding initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners. Analyse campaign performance and marketing initiatives to assess effectiveness and ROI. Manage the marketing budget. Willingness to travel to the UK from time to time to gather content from other Kane sites and to collaborate with colleagues regarding marketing activities. Essential Criteria 3rd level qualification in Marketing, Business or related discipline. A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a senior marketing role including coordinating and releasing materials in line with client sign-off processes and brand guidelines. Expertise across key areas of digital marketing, including content management systems (CMS), Google Analytics, and social media management (especially LinkedIn). Proficient in creating engaging written and visual content for digital, print, and social media channels using design software tools. Event management experience. Strong communication skills with a creative flair and meticulous attention to detail Proven ability to work on own initiative while also collaborating effectively within a team. Desirable Criteria Experience in a similar senior level B2B role within the construction, engineering, MEP or technical services environment.
