As we continue to grow and push the boundaries of innovation in International markets, we are seeking a dynamic and academically oriented Research and Data Assistant to support our mission.Job PurposeThe Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping how i3 Simulations engages with clinicians, educators, and simulation leaders worldwide. This role is responsible for communicating the value of immersive XR medical training solutions, driving awareness across global markets, and ensuring our innovative simulations are positioned as essential tools for improving patient safety, clinician confidence, and training efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Campaigns: Develop and deliver multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, events, thought leadership) to raise awareness of i3 Simulations’ products and services.Content & Messaging: Create clear, evidence-based marketing materials (case studies, blogs, white papers, social posts) that translate complex XR technology into practical benefits for clinicians and simulation leads.Brand & Positioning: Strengthen i3 Simulations’ profile as a global leader in XR healthcare training, ensuring consistency of messaging across all platforms.Partnership & Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (clinical experts, R&D, sales) to align campaigns with product launches, research outcomes, and client needs.Events & Outreach: Manage participation at international conferences and simulation forums, showcasing research evidence and product demonstrations.Digital Marketing: Oversee social media presence, website updates, and analytics to measure impact and optimise engagement.Market Insight: Monitor trends in healthcare simulation, competitor activity, and clinician needs to inform marketing direction.Lead Generation: Support sales with targeted campaigns that attract and nurture new leads, focusing on healthcare institutions, medical schools, and simulation centres.Key RequirementsExperience in Marketing: Proven track record in developing and executing B2B marketing strategies, ideally in healthcare, medical technology, or education sectors.Strong Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex technical or clinical concepts into clear, engaging messages for clinicians, educators, and decision-makers.Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in managing social media, SEO, email campaigns, and analytics tools to track performance and optimise outreach.Content Creation: Skilled in producing case studies, blogs, thought-leadership articles, and promotional assets with evidence-based messaging.Event Marketing: Experience organising and promoting presence at conferences, exhibitions, and workshops (healthcare/simulation sector experience desirable).Market Awareness: Understanding of healthcare education, medical simulation (manikin or XR), or related industries, with the ability to keep up with trends.Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret market insights, customer data, and campaign metrics to guide decision-making.At i3 Simulations, we are passionate about transforming medical education and improving patient safety through cutting-edge XR technology.
