We’re hiring our first-ever Marketing Manager a strategic thinker and hands-on doer who’s ready to build our marketing function from scratch. If you thrive in a blank-canvas environment and love turning ideas into impact, this is your moment.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute a full-stack marketing strategy across digital, content, events, and partnerships
• Build brand awareness and generate leads through creative campaigns and targeted outreach
• Own our online presence -website, SEO, social media, and paid channels
• Create compelling content: case studies, blogs, email campaigns, and sales collateral
• Collaborate with sales to align marketing efforts with revenue goals
• Analyse performance and optimise campaigns for maximum ROI
• Be the voice of marketing in the business -reporting directly to the leadership team

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally in tech, SaaS, or IT services
• A self-starter who’s comfortable being the only marketer (for now!)
• Strong digital marketing skills -SEO, PPC, CRM, automation, analytics
• Excellent writing and storytelling ability
• Strategic mindset with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
• Based in or near Manchester, with flexibility to work remotely when needed
