Job Overview

Leading the marketing department, we are seeking a strategic, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and elevate our brand presence. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in B2B marketing, digital strategy, and campaign execution. You will play a key role in shaping how Cleveland Cable Company and other Group Companies are perceived in the market, generating demand, and supporting sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, email campaigns, social media, and website optimisation.
• Manage the creation of marketing content: brochures, white papers, case studies, videos, and product guides.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation, pipeline growth, and customer engagement.
• Oversee brand consistency across all platforms and communications.
• Analyse campaign performance, customer behaviour, and industry trends to inform strategy.
• Manage marketing budget, vendors, and third-party partnerships.
• Coordinate trade shows, industry events, and sponsorship opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing/management, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors.
• Proven track record of executing successful digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, AdWords, META, TikTok, Mailchimp, SEMrush and Google Search Console).
• Excellent communication, project management, and organisational skills.
• Experience in international marketing would be advantageous.
• Experience in e-commerce.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments.
• Manage a team with varied specialities within the marketing sector.
