As a newly created role, the Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and influencing the future of marketing activities at Bioscript Group. You will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to those involved and building awareness and positioning for the Bioscript Group proposition.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagementCollaborate with external agencies on projects and campaignsBuild, develop and enhance the Bioscript Group brand by creating and implementing brand strategiesShare insights, provide thought leadership and encourage best practices in marketing with all business units while aligning efforts with the overall value proposition of Bioscript GroupOversee website development and SEOOversee the performance and development of the Marketing Coordinator, providing guidance and supportContribute to long-term planning and decision-making processes to identify opportunities for growth and innovationManage and create appropriate content for a variety of channelsIdentify marketing outcome measures and KPIs to track and increase the effectiveness of marketing activities within the companyManage the working relationships with agency partners and coordinate group communication plans and schedules to ensure maximum marketplace impactManage the development of relevant content and campaign development by partnering with internal experts and ensuring activities align with ongoing sales prioritiesCollect and curate case studies at close of projects to build out a library of sales and business development collateral in anticipation of future growth opportunitiesPrevious experience of HubSpot or other CRM to maintain marketing dashboards (e.g website page impressions, bounce rates, social engagement, etc)Optimise marketing and sales systems and processes as well as supplier and vendor operations and recommend improvements and select new systems as neededAbout You4-5 years of Marketing Manager experience, ideally in the pharma or life sciences industryFamiliarity with AI tools to ensure efficiency of content creation and deliveryProven ability to lead and manage marketing campaignsExperience working closely with external agencies and partnering on various projects and campaignsDemonstrable skills in brand developmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsOur people are at the heart of our businessWe are focused not just on delivering the exceptional for our clients, but for our teams too.
