Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly creative, proactive and strategic thinking senior individual to evolve and lead our Marketing function. The role will involve strategy development, team management and overall campaign performance management. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to fortify our brand’s image, increase awareness and drive conversion by ensuring consistent messaging and design across all channels and platforms. Whilst leadership and strategic thinking are vital attributes, being a small company, we also need someone who is not afraid to roll their sleeves up when required, and collaborate across all business functions. Key Responsibilities
Developing and implementing overall marketing strategies. Overseeing the creation of promotional materials and campaigns. Managing and leading the marketing team. Manage all digital marketing channels (SEO, web, email, PPC and e-commerce) – Digital. Analysing campaign performance and making strategic decisions. Drive conversion from sales channel. Increase brand awareness, drive growth and achieve business goals. Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure every project aligns with our goals and values. Play a key role in team development and continuous improvement. Acting as brand guardian – ensuring tone, design and messaging stay on point across every channel. Managing the marketing budget. Working with off-shore teams.
Essential Skills/Qualifications
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in marketing, communications, business or another related field, have proven experience in a senior marketing position and in-depth knowledge of performance marketing, digital advertising, campaign management and digitally growing a brand. Ideally with between 7-10 years of marketing experience, with proven success across digital and offline channels. We are looking for an individual that is has strong leadership and team management skills, has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a creative thinking with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies and proficient in analytics tools and data driven decision making. Candidates must have experience working with offshore teams and managing in-house resources, and be able to take a ‘hands on’ role when required.
Nice to have
Experience with budget management. A keen interest in finance, technology and/or software. High level of design experience. Hands on approach.
