The Role As Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the company's marketing and communications strategy across a broad range of activities. You will work closely with senior leadership and internal teams to drive visibility, engagement, and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and delivery of PR and press release activity, maintaining strong media relationships. Oversee all company events - from client hospitality to corporate launches and industry networking. Manage and update the company website, ensuring engaging and up-to-date content. Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, proposals, and branded collateral. Manage and grow the company's social media presence across key platforms. Oversee database management and coordinate email marketing campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and high-quality communications. Contribute to the evolution of the company's marketing strategy as it continues to grow. Lead business development through marketing (email campaigns, events etc.). The Ideal Candidate Proven experience in a Marketing / Communications / Events role (3+ years preferred). Strong PR and copywriting skills, with the ability to manage media relations and press content. Creative flair with experience in design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Excellent organisational and project management skills. Experience managing websites, social media channels, and CRM/email platforms. Confident communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally.
