OverviewThis exciting and challenging role exists to implement B2B marketing plans, driving our market-leading total coffee solution in the foodservice, hospitality and retail channels in the UK & Ireland.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement UK customer marketing plans, driving our total coffee solution in our B2B channels, ensuring activities are aligned to the marketing strategyPlay a key role in new business approach, ensuring UK marketing activities are generating efficient leads, and analysing to make recommendations on tactics and activations, as well as supporting on materials and tools to convert businessLead our trade events & sponsorship programme, creating event plans, stand designs, activations and communication plans, collaborating with our Events Operations Manager and wider team to deliver eventsSupport the marketing of our branded coffee (including Ueshima Coffee Company), side product and coffee machine portfolio in our OOH channel by managing day-to-day relationships with key supplier contacts and ensuring marketing assets are impactful and up-to-dateManage our e-commerce website, UCC Direct, and other digital and social media channels to drive sales to our independent customers and increase brand awarenessLead on key product strategies, brand launches and partnerships & other projects and initiatives as required by the businessCoordinate activities of creative and communications agencies & partners to ensure delivery of plan within budget and timeframes, ensure marketing sign-off processes are followedManage UK marketing budget, and marketing analytics in line with financial processesMaintain our marketing asset bank and regularly update our commercial teamStay on top of industry trends and developments by working closely with the category and insight team, undertake market analysis using existing data sources, local knowledge, trends and insight to identify opportunitiesThe PersonMotivated marketer with B2B, foodservice, FMCG or hot beverage backgroundDegree/professional qualification (Desirable)Self-starter and highly driven, with strong organisational and people skillsProven ability to manage multiple projectsStrong eye for detail with the ability to write briefs, proposals and review creative workComputer proficient with Microsoft Office Applications Excel and PowerPointDigital experience of search, social and organic channels a plusFlexible approach to work, hours and travel as requiredSalary: Competitive #J-18808-Ljbffr
