This is a key role for a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns.The RoleKey Responsibilities:Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to support the company's business objectives, including lead generation, brand awareness, and project-specific marketing.Campaign Management: Plan, manage, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital (PPC, social media, email marketing), traditional (print, PR, events), and on-site activations.Digital Marketing: Oversee all digital marketing activities, including website management, SEO, content marketing, social media strategy, and online advertising. Analyse performance data to inform decisions and improve ROI.Brand Management: Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all marketing materials and communications are consistent with the company's brand identity, values, and tone of voice.Content Creation: Create compelling, high-quality content, including digital marketing collateral, brochures, website copy, press releases, and printed media specific to campaigns.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, development, and project management, to align marketing activities with business goals.Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring all spending is tracked, justified, and delivers a strong return on investment.Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and inform marketing strategies.Agency and Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to ensure project delivery is on time and within budget.Reporting: Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.Skills & QualificationsIdeally a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Experience in a marketing role within the commercial and B2B/B2C sectors, corporate in-house or agency.Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies for developments in London.Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Creative, results-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in marketing and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms).What We OfferA competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity for professional growth and career development.A collaborative and supportive work environment.The chance to work on some of London's most exciting property developments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
