Our client, a well-established leader in the PPE sector, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join their growing team. Based at their office in Alton, Hampshire, this role offers the flexibility of hybrid working up to two days per week.

As Marketing Manager, you will lead and develop the marketing team, driving lead generation and brand marketing initiatives to ensure objectives are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
Responsibilities:
Deliver, track and report on the agreed marketing goals and KPI‘s
Own the definition and effective implementation of the agreed marketing plan
Lead generation performance and contribution
Team leadership and management to deliver marketing goals
Resourcing of the marketing team, including identification, on-boarding and performance management of external talent and suppliers.
Budget definition and spend management
Support implementation of brand initiatives
Alignment and integration with other functions and teams
Marketing processes, systems and tools definition and leverage
Input to marketing strategy and annual business planning process
Define the lead generation strategies and campaign plans.
Leverage the profitable lead generation system to create profitable marketing sales growth. Ensure the system produces consistent ROI at the agreed levels.
Create effective and productive working relationships with other functions within the business to facilitate high performance marketing outcomes.
Influence the set up and effectiveness of HubSpot CRM including reporting, data cleansing, list management and the leverage of the HubSpot Customer Success Manager.
Effectively leverage AI to drive marketing effectiveness and efficiencies
Contribute to cross functional business processes to enhance the cashflow and profitability of the business – e.g. marketing forecasting and marketing input to business planning cycles
Work with the marketing director to implement brand initiatives – example: create and maintain brand communities
Development of marketing content and collateral for lead generation and nurture campaigns - email – blogs – lead magnets – website content – video – graphics – expos/trade shows
Involvement in the implementation of SEO / GEO performance projects and plans
Ensure the agreed product launch and introductions plan is delivered effectively and on time from both internal and external marketing perspectives.
Consistent use of approved brand messaging, tone of voice and visual identity across channels
Requirements
Significant experience leading marketing teams, initiatives/projects and delivering impressive results.
Proven track record in marketing plan development and execution. Some experience / exposure to marketing strategy definition.
Budget management and resource allocation experience.
Comprehensive experience in digital and offline marketing channels.
Deep understanding and implementation experience of CRM systems and marketing automation.
Experience in marketing management, market segmentation and campaign management.
Strong understanding of digital analytics, SEO, and marketing technology platforms.
Ability to foster collaborative teamwork across functions.
Ability to create engaging content and to engage effectively with all functions of the business
Ideally degree-qualified in business/marketing.

Benefits
Salary- £55,000- £65,000 basic
