Marketing Manager, Rugby – Salary £35,000 per annum – Full time - 37 hour week – Hybrid option

Our client is looking for an experienced Marketing Professional to be based at their Head Office in Rugby. The position will be to directly manage and develop a small Marketing Team.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance in the Marketing Team to achieve the organisation's targets.
• Liaise with the National Sales Director, Sales Manager, and Managing Director in the production and design of materials, PR activity and external communications of the business.
• Support the Sales Manager, Recruitment Team and Sales Executives including monitoring and reporting on the Marketing Service activities.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies and activities, monitor trends and identify opportunities on an ongoing basis to include the marketing plan. Work within the marketing department on the implementation of specific promotional activities, design and implement creative and imaginative campaigns to generate new and repeat business from existing and potential customers.
• Marketing Campaigns - Work with the Marketing Team on the design, scheduling, and implementation of email, social media and other campaign activity for all services. Implement the Sales & Marketing Strategy.
• Social media - Plan and implement social media strategy aligned to campaign activity. Expand social media presence in areas such as Instagram, TikTok and others where relevant.
• Supervise the use and development of the department's customer and prospect database ensuring they are fully exploited.
• Manage the relationship with the organisation's suppliers and website host.
• Oversee the management of the CRM system ensuring best practices are implemented and the data is clean and accurate.
• Responsible for the company's public relations.
• Any other related duties.
