Who we are
Founded in 2017, we partner with just over 80 of the world’s best hearing care practices to help them become iconic in their communities and grow reputation, recognition and revenue through brand, content and performance marketing via an 8-step strategy (that our founder is releasing a book about in late 2026).
We have a small yet dynamic team of fewer than 20 people who work remotely. It’s a culture where people who care about results and impact flourish, with a strong leadership team and ambitious growth plans.

Role introduction
As the Marketing Manager, you will help develop, strategize and implement marketing campaigns for our clients, leading a small team of specialists across copywriting, design, video editing and implementation. You’ll work closely with our Head of Fulfilment and Traffic & Conversion Manager to drive aligned results, with the creativity to strategize ideas and execute.
This includes:
- Developing monthly marketing playbooks to share with clients and manage campaign implementation through the team.
- Managing seamless delivery of content marketing efforts, including monthly email newsletters, blog content and monthly campaign delivery.
- Receiving marketing tasks from the Account Management team and developing executional strategies with your team to achieve outcomes.
- Being part of the leadership team, attending weekly leadership meetings, quarterly in-person leadership meetings, and being accountable for client campaign success.
- Delivering marketing masterclasses to clients through online trainings, Zoom presentations and in-person sessions.
Requirements
We’re ideally looking for:
- Essential: You have a track record of strategizing ideas, developing marketing campaigns, and executing in a busy agency environment.
- Essential: You have led a marketing team and demonstrated leadership skills that inspire and support the team.
- NICE TO HAVE: You have been part of a fast-growing company that is making an impact and played a key role.
- NICE TO HAVE: You have supported and worked with US clients.
- NICE TO HAVE: You have experience in the hearing care industry.

Compensation and benefits
The wage is between £45,000 and £55,000 depending on experience.
