RC Fornax, a consultancy leading the transition to outcome-based services, are expanding over FY25 with a new HQ in Bristol and significant recruitment in the area planned. This growth is to support our clients with world class project delivery and our ambition is to become the key enabler for large defence organisations in delivering on their products and services, covering the whole product lifecycle. We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team within the Professional Services and Defence sectors. This role offers flexibility with remote work options while being based in our Bristol office. About the Role As our Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of marketing campaigns, working closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners. You will collaborate with an external marketing agency to deliver strategic reports to the city and drive impactful campaigns within the Professional Services and Defence sectors. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies to support business growth in Professional Services and Defence. Manage marketing campaigns from inception to execution, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Work closely with internal teams and external marketing agencies to deliver high-quality reports and insights. Oversee content creation, digital marketing, and brand positioning within these sectors. Track and analyse campaign performance, ensuring data-driven decision-making. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role, ideally within Professional Services and/or Defence. Strong campaign management skills, with experience in both internal and external communications. Ability to work collaboratively with agencies, stakeholders, and leadership teams. Experience in reporting and data analysis to measure marketing effectiveness. A proactive mindset with excellent communication and project management skills.
