Manchester Staff are a recruitment consultancy dedicated to connecting top talent with leading businesses. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to enhance our brand presence, generate leads, and engage with our target audience.

Job Requirements:

* Proven experience in B2B marketing (recruitment or professional services preferred).

* Strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing and email campaign tools.

* Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.

* Knowledge of website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix, or similar) – desirable.

* Basic SEO knowledge and analytics/reporting skills.

* Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and deliver measurable results.
