This role includes direct oversight of the Social Media Coordinator, Outreach Coordinator and marketing volunteers.Fixed-term, between November 2025 and February 2026November – December 2025: 3 days/weekJanuary 2026: 3 days/week + full-time during festivalFebruary 2026: 1 day/weekRemote working, with in-person attendance required during the festival (23 January – 1 February 2026)Role responsibilitiesDevelop and deliver marketing campaign for LSFF26, with a focus on new priority audiences and expanded venue partnershipsLead on audience development campaigns to reach younger, first-time and underserved audiences, particularly in Zones 3-6Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to finalise branding and maintain consistent visuals across all channelsLead on media and press strategy, including press pitching and relationship managementSecure coverage across print, digital, radio and community mediaDevelop and oversee LSFF’s social media strategy, setting objectives, tone of voice and content priorities while guiding the Social Media Coordinator on executionWrite and proofread marketing copy, press releases and newslettersManage newsletter delivery and schedulingOversee production of festival trailer, print materials and website updatesDesign and monitor audience surveysTrack performance across ticketing, newsletters and press for reporting and contribute towards the final evaluation reportOversee and support the work of the Social Media Coordinator, Outreach Coordinator and marketing internsPerson specificationsProven experience of developing and delivering successful marketing campaigns within the arts, cultural or film sectorsConfident managing media relationships and press pitchingStrategic understanding of social media platforms including TikTok, with experience leading social media planning and guiding teams in content development and engagement strategiesExcellent written English with strong copywriting and proofreading skillsExperience creating or editing visual assets using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalentStrong organisational and project management skillsCommitment to accessibility and inclusion across all marketing activitiesHow to applyPlease email your CV and cover letter (no longer than 1 page of A4) explaining what attracts you to the role, the skills you bring, and how your professional and lived experience meet the key responsibilities and required experience and skills.
