Here at Pets Purest, we are dedicated to providing only the most natural products for our pets. Our own pets are sensitive and react badly to harmful chemicals found in countless pet products on the shelves today—so we knew something needed to be done. After extensive research and help from the experts, we created a range of high-quality products that are pure, natural, and free from nasty chemicals—products that our furry friends love!

We’re looking for a passionate, ambitious, and fast-paced Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This is a key leadership role for someone who truly believes in the power of branding, thrives on growing a brand, and is excited to take Pets Purest to the next level.
You will be responsible for shaping and elevating our brand, managing a small marketing and creative team, and driving scalable growth through innovative and efficient marketing strategies. You’ll be hands-on with campaigns but also strategic—setting direction, coaching the team, and ensuring execution at pace.
This is not a traditional marketing role. We want someone curious about new technologies and emerging tools—particularly AI—and eager to leverage them to enhance our creative output, streamline processes, and supercharge marketing performance.
You’ll report directly into the Managing Director and collaborate closely with Product, eCommerce, Supply Chain, and Creative teams to deliver marketing that makes a measurable impact on brand growth and business performance.
- Own and evolve the Pets Purest brand—ensuring consistency, creativity, and resonance across all channels
- Build and manage a small, high-performing marketing and creative team
- Develop and lead the marketing strategy and campaign calendar across multiple channels (email, social, paid media, partnerships, PR, content)
- Scale content production and creative output through smart processes and AI tools where appropriate
- Identify and test new growth opportunities and marketing technologies
- Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, loyalty, and lifetime value
- Lead influencer and brand partnerships, expanding brand reach and community engagement
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective spend and strong ROI
- Analyse marketing performance data to inform strategy and optimisation
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing with product launches, eCommerce promotions, and customer insights
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging marketing tech—including AI—to keep us at the forefront
- A genuine passion for building and growing brands
- Proven experience leading brand marketing in a fast-paced D2C / eCommerce environment
- Experience managing small teams and mentoring team members
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and metrics (email, social, paid media, content, SEO)
- Creative mindset with a track record of delivering engaging brand campaigns
- Ambition and drive—comfortable working at pace and juggling multiple priorities
- Curiosity about new tech and a proactive approach to using AI tools to improve marketing output
- Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills
- Commercial focus with strong understanding of performance marketing and customer analytics
- Collaborative approach—comfortable working cross-functionally with other teams
- Ideally experience with Shopify, Klaviyo (or similar), Google Analytics, Monday.com, and creative tools
- A love of pets and alignment with our mission and values
