OverviewJob Title: Marketing ManagerLocation: NorwichPay/Day rate/Salary (salary for perm roles): £35,000 - £40,000 per annumHours of Work: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm (flexibility required during campaign periods or events)Type: Permanent, Full-TimeStart Date: Immediately (flexible for notice periods)DutiesIn this role, you will be working in the Marketing & Communications Team to develop and deliver multi-channel campaigns that strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for:Planning, managing, and executing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and eventsLeading a small creative team to produce engaging, on-brand contentAnalysing campaign data and audience insights to improve marketing performanceManaging relationships with third-party agencies, suppliers, and brand partnersOverseeing marketing budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure maximum ROISkills and experienceAs a Marketing Manager, you need to have experience with:At least 3 years in a marketing management role, leading creative campaigns across multiple platformsStrong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate simultaneous marketing activitiesIt would be beneficial to the Marketing Manager role if you also had:Experience managing or mentoring a creative or digital marketing teamProficiency with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, social media insights, or CRM data)A background in brand storytelling, PR, or content strategyWhat the client offersThis client offers:Competitive salary between £35,000 - £40,000 per annumCompany pension scheme and employee benefits packageDynamic, creative working environment with opportunities for professional developmentAbout the ClientOur client is a long-established, multi-site retail and service organisation with a strong local presence and an expanding marketing department.
