Our client, a leading organisation in the Manufacturing & Production industry, is on the lookout for a passionate and innovative B2B Marketing Manager to join their vibrant team!About the RoleAs the Marketing Manager, you will lead a busy Marketing Department, managing a Marketing Executive and reporting into a Sales and Marketing Director you will drive the expansion of the company\'s reach across various marketplaces. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the business and marketing strategies and executing impactful campaigns. Here\'s what you\'ll be doing:Manage Marketing Budgets: Track ROI and report on key performance metrics to ensure efficient resource allocation.Brand Management: Oversee the company\'s brand, messaging, and visual identity, ensuring consistency and appeal.B2B Strategy Planning: Develop and implement multi-channel campaigns tailored for business clients.Market Analysis: Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.Event Planning: Lead the planning of events and trade shows from concept to execution, showcasing our offerings.Digital Marketing Performance: Manage SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Website, and Analytics to drive engagement and conversions.Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging content, including blogs, news articles, case studies, and marketing documentation.Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and customer initiatives.Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity and collaboration.The Ideal CandidateWe are seeking a self-motivated individual with an eye for detail and exceptional drive and communication skills. You should be capable of producing high-quality work both independently and as part of a team.
