You will be responsible for creating and executing the marketing strategy to increase footfall, strengthen community links, and boost revenue.
The Marketing Manager will: Manage multi-channel campaigns, including digital, print, social media, and PR, tailored to local audiences Plan and execute engaging in-centre events and seasonal activations to enhance visitor experience Build strong relationships with retailers, local partners, and stakeholders to support collaborative promotions Monitor campaign performance, manage marketing budgets, and produce insightful reports for senior management
Required skills and experience for the Marketing Manager: 5+ years of marketing management experience within a customer-focused environment Confident managing multi-channel campaigns including social, digital, PR, events & branding Skilled in budget and agency management with a hands-on approach Ability to work independently and proactively engage with senior stakeholders
