Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will play a key role in driving lead generation, account-based marketing, and digital campaigns, helping to shape the growth and direction of the business.Package & Benefits£50,000 basic salary (DOE) with slight flexibility for the right candidate10% annual performance-based bonus25 days holiday + bank holidays (option to purchase up to 5 more)Healthcare and pensionHybrid working - 3 days remote, 2 days in officeClear career progression with potential to become Head of Marketing within 12 monthsWork in a collaborative, innovative, and fast-moving team environmentRoles & ResponsibilitiesAs Marketing Manager, you will:Develop and lead the company's lead generation strategy, overseeing the execution of marketing tacticsOptimise the marketing funnel to increase engagement and conversionDeliver account-based marketing campaigns targeting enterprise clients (£200k+)Use CRM tools to track performance and generate actionable insightsPlan and deliver networking initiatives, roundtables, and other eventsManage digital channels, including paid campaigns and SEOSupport internal marketing initiatives, including podcasts, video content, and office eventsProject manage website launches, updates, and digital campaignsWork closely with senior leadership to ensure marketing strategy aligns with business objectivesAbout YouThe ideal candidate will bring:Minimum 3 years' B2B marketing experience, ideally from entrepreneurial or smaller tech-focused businessesStrong experience in lead generation and account-based marketingEnthusiasm, energy, and the ability to galvanise and motivate a teamExperience with CRM tools, paid digital channels, SEO, and content management systemsCreativity, proactivity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong organisational skills, with a hands-on approach to strategy and executionDesirable:Experience producing internal/external video or podcast contentProject management experience for website redesigns or launchesWhy Join?This role offers the chance to grow your career within a high-performance, fast-moving tech business.
