The business is known for its immersive, high-energy nightlife and experiential offerings, and is seeking a dynamic marketer to lead campaigns, elevate brand visibility, and drive audience engagement across all channels.This is a full-time role (48 hours per week across 5 days), including occasional late-night work in line with the company’s evening events schedule. You’ll be based on-site in Central London at the company’s flagship entertainment venue.ResponsibilitiesLead integrated campaigns across email, paid and organic social, SEO/SEM, partnerships, and experiential marketingManage all marketing functions: digital, content, social, PR, membership, and communicationsTranslate strategic plans into impactful campaigns that connect with guests, members, and stakeholdersOversee the full lifecycle of marketing projects, from scheduling and budgeting to execution and evaluationMentor a small marketing team and recruit freelance or additional support as neededAnalyse performance using digital tools, reporting insights and driving improvementsManage budgets and negotiate with third-party vendors and partnersWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience in multi-channel marketing within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment (entertainment, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors ideal)A strong grasp of digital tools, CRMs, and campaign automation platformsCreative flair combined with strategic thinking and attention to detailExceptional written and verbal communication skillsA confident leader who thrives in collaborative environments and can juggle multiple priorities with easeCalm under pressure and flexible to the demands of a vibrant, late-night operationRequirements and DetailsLocation: Central London, on-site at flagship venueSeniority level: AssociateEmployment type: ContractJob function: MarketingIndustries: Hospitality, Entertainment Providers, and Events Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
