To be successful, this person must be curious and collaborative and be able to manage multiple projects across various teams.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Lead Marketing Campaign Manager in successfully delivering global multi-channel marketing plans.Be the key liaison with select focus groups and proactively manage the relationship to deliver agreed marketing and communications plans, highlighting marketing performance and success.As directed, lead or assist in the creation, production and distribution of marketing and communications related material (both digital and non-digital).Work with Corporate Affairs and Content team to write copy for digital, non-digital and social media channels.Update website content and social media.Collaborate with events to integrate product and audience content into events, conferences and retreats. Support their effective delivery and activations.Create and execute broker and customer email campaigns including confirming distribution lists through Distribution and Underwriting.Liaise with agencies and suppliers such as design, PR, digital and research agencies, printers and photographers to execute campaigns.Support Lead Marketing Campaign Manager in monitoring and reporting campaign performance and insights. This could include digital analytics, press monitoring, event attendance and broker and customer feedback as it relates to brand awareness, customer engagement and sales opportunities. Ensure socialisation of campaign measurement and performance with relevant stakeholders.Work effectively with all internal stakeholders, including other members of the marketing and communications team, focus groups, distribution, internal communications, etc. to ensure successful delivery of campaigns.Proactively cultivate strong, productive working relationships with key stakeholder groups including Internal Communications, Distribution and Focus Groups.
