As Marketing Manager, you will benefit from:

As Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Leading the delivery of business unit plans to meet trading KPIs and commercial targets * Managing and optimising marketing activity across email, ecommerce, catalogues, and print * Collaborating with Ecommerce and Data teams to enhance customer experience and insights * Overseeing budget spend and commercial strategy for first aid business units * Driving innovation in trading processes, including AI integration * Supporting product launches, stock management, and alternative sourcing initiatives
As Marketing Manager, your experience will include:
* A CIM qualification, marketing degree, or equivalent experience * Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering growth * Ability to develop and execute direct marketing strategies * High-level data analysis and reporting skills * Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities * Proficiency in MS Office and tools like Power BI or Business Objects
