We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join on a full time, fixed term contract until October 2026.
As a Marketing Manager , you will be leading the strategic campaigns to develop our Hayward Gallery and Visual Arts programmes.

The annual salary stated is based on the Full-Time Equivalent (40 hours per week). If the job is part-time, the weekly hours will be stated within the advert.

Key Responsibilities Lead the development and delivery of data-informed, audience focussed, strategic marketing campaigns for the Hayward Gallery and Visual Arts programme Drive income generation, build and retain new audiences and communicate Southbank Centre’s vision and artistic programme. Skills & Experience Demonstrable experience in developing and delivering successful marketing campaigns within the Visual Arts sector. Demonstrable knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms, including Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and CRM systems—particularly Tessitura—with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies. Proven experience of managing budgets and delivering cost-effective, ROI-driven campaigns. Communicates clearly, positively and effectively, with the confidence to build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
