Working on behalf of our client based in Flintshire. We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager on a permanent basis.

Our client is a technology-driven compliance innovator transforming how compliance is delivered and managed through intelligent hardware, advanced software, and real-time data.

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join at a pivotal stage in the companys growth. This is a hands-on role with dual focus: initially driving content creation and campaign execution, while shaping and implementing a marketing strategy. Over time, you will build and lead a high-performing marketing team.

Key Duties:
Develop and execute marketing strategy aligned with business goals
Lead creation of engaging B2B content, including blogs, case studies, email campaigns, and social media
Manage and optimise digital channels, including website content and SEO
Support lead generation through campaigns, CRM management, and marketing automation
Coordinate brand messaging, marketing materials, and events
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
