Marketing Manager – Taylor Wimpey plc We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the delivery of digital marketing for Taylor Wimpey’s residential developments across the United Kingdom and overseas. Primary Responsibilities
Create and execute digital marketing strategies for each development in line with business targets. Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Director, Senior Marketing Manager and Sales Managers to implement overall sales and marketing strategies across all developments. Manage the relationship with the digital marketing agency, measuring and reporting results. Coordinate with external design agency to develop marketing literature and launch campaigns in the UK and abroad. Drive and optimise lead generation campaigns, analysing performance. Oversee the TW website pages, ensuring up‑to‑date content. Manage online property portals at a business unit level. Maintain the Dynamics CRM system and provide key data reports. Plan and execute email marketing strategies. Participate in weekly project and sales meetings to align with business timelines. Support the design of all marketing collateral, including social media adverts, digital brochures, and CGI assets. Produce outward‑facing digital correspondence from the customer relations team and business newsletters. Assist in planning and organising sales events and exhibitions in the UK and overseas. Process purchaser orders and manage invoicing for marketing activities. Attend site visits across the region to ensure a quality customer journey. Support day‑to‑day marketing team activities, proactively managing performance alongside the Senior Marketing Manager.
Experience & Qualifications
Relevant experience in a similar marketing role within the residential property market. Proven track record of developing, maintaining and delivering marketing strategies that meet company objectives. Strategic and analytical thinker with strong interpersonal and motivational skills. Energetic with a positive attitude and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Creative ability and strong attention to detail. Capability to delegate and motivate others effectively. Marketing qualification (CIM) or equivalent preferred.
