How you’ll support our purpose As our Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the digital and marketing delivery for M&S Travel Money. You’ll bring energy, pace, and creativity, guiding campaign performance, digital strategy, and commercial alignment with key stakeholders across eurochange and M&S. You’ll drive measurable impact through smart marketing and collaborative partnerships, with accountability for performance channels, brand execution, and content delivery. You’ll also lead one direct report, developing and coaching them to thrive. What you'll be doing on a day-to-day basis
Own the digital strategy in partnership with the M&S Travel Money marketing team — aligning plans with commercial goals and driving measurable growth. Monitor and report on performance across all digital and marketing campaigns, keeping a sharp eye on KPIs and revenue impact. Stay ahead of the curve by tracking industry trends and competitor activity, ensuring we’re always one step ahead in the market. Lead SEO, PPC, PR, and CRO efforts, managing agency support and internal resources to deliver on KPIs and strategic objectives. Map and optimise the digital customer journey, collaborating with our Digital Customer Experience Manager to drive conversions and reduce friction. Maximise value from agency and partner relationships, holding them accountable for performance and pushing for high-impact outputs. Spot opportunities for improvement, both online and offline, identifying gaps and driving digital innovation. Manage the CMS and content lifecycle—from uploading and testing to publishing—ensuring a seamless, high-quality digital presence.
What we’re looking for
A self‑starter, passionate and driven, never shy away from rolling up sleeves to make things happen. A data‑led marketer who thrives in fast‑paced, collaborative environments. A relationship builder, engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels. A master of multitasking, juggling multiple projects and marketing initiatives comfortably. Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience in a full‑time Marketing role, accountable for a successful strategy. Experience with SEO, PPC, PR and CRO. Proven track record of managing joint marketing activity delivering to time, budget and specification.
