    Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and executing marketing strategies that deliver both long-term growth and short-term wins
  • Leading fully integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and social channels
  • Owning the brand identity from tone of voice and POS to social content that captures our audience
  • Getting hands-on with everything from menus and digital assets to launch campaigns and in-store materials
  • Using data and performance insights to optimise results and drive continuous improvement
  • Managing budgets, agencies, and external partners to deliver high-impact work on time and on brand

    About You:

  • Currently working in QSR or FMCG sectors.
  • Franchisee marketing experience is a plus.
  • Skilled at both planning strategies and getting hands-on to deliver campaigns.
  • Commercially focused and results-driven, understanding how brand affects business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Uses data to make decisions and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communicator who works well with different teams and stakeholders.

  • Basic salary: £40,000 - £55,000.
