We are hiring a hands-on Digital Marketing & PPC Manager to take full ownership of Google Ads performance across multiple, established HGV training brands.

* Experience working with sales teams, with a clear understanding of how marketing feeds into bookings and revenue.

* A good all-round understanding of digital; how acquisition channels, websites, CRO and lead follow-up / nurture work together to drive results.

* Someone who is practical and hands-on, enjoys identifying opportunities, testing ideas and improving performance, rather than being purely strategic.

* PPC is an important part of the mix, but we’re open to candidates who bring strength in other performance areas such as SEO, UX/CRO, CRM, AI or automation, alongside paid media knowledge.

This is a commercially focused, in-house role with a direct impact on revenue, not just lead volume. You will be responsible for budgets, lead quality, and ROI, working closely with sales and CRM data to drive profitable growth.

The Role

* Full ownership of All channels including Google Ads, across multiple brands

* Responsible for budgets, lead quality, conversion performance, and revenue

* Close collaboration with the sales team, using CRM data to optimise performance

* Managing and developing one Social & Brand Marketing Executive

* Overseeing a small number of external agencies (SEO, web, hosting, video)

Non-Negotiables

* Strong, hands-on Google Ads experience

* Comfortable managing and optimising budgets daily

* Proven experience delivering profitable leads, not just volume

* Confident working closely with sales teams and CRM data

* Commercial mindset with a focus on ROI and performance

Team & Structure

* Manages 1 Social & Brand Marketing Executive

* Manages a small number of specialist external agencies

* Reports into senior leadership with clear autonomy
