What You'll Be Doing

Developing and delivering a results-driven marketing strategy aligned with business objectives Leading digital campaigns and increase brand visibility Managing and optimising CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot experience preferred) Conducting market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities Creating engaging content for web, blog, email, and social platforms Reporting on campaign performance and recommending improvements Supporting sales with lead generation and marketing materials Ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels Collaborating with external partners and agencies to extend reach

What We're Looking For

Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within B2B or manufacturing Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of marketing initiatives Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach Commercially aware and detail-orientedReady to make your mark?
