The show brings together architects, designers, fabricators, and suppliers to celebrate innovation, sustainability, and craftsmanship within the built environment. This role also encompasses two influential media platforms: Stone Specialist, the UK’s top trade website for the natural stone industry, and Stone Bulletin, a key digital newsletter serving the sector. Together, these brands form a powerful, year‑round platform of content, insight, and industry connection. The Role Our client is seeking a commercially minded and creative Marketing Manager to lead marketing and communications for this specialist portfolio. The successful candidate will develop and execute multi‑channel campaigns that drive visitor attendance, exhibitor engagement, content reach, and subscriber growth. This is a strategic and hands‑on position, blending event marketing, digital content strategy, and audience development. Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across the event and media brands Manage targeted campaigns to meet visitor, exhibitor, subscriber, and revenue goals Collaborate with content and commercial teams to align messaging and objectives
Event Marketing
Lead on campaign delivery across digital, print, email, social media, PR, and partnerships Create and execute visitor acquisition and exhibitor lead generation strategies Manage event branding and onsite marketing materials
Digital Media & Content Marketing
Oversee content planning and audience engagement for the Stone Specialist website Manage and optimise the Stone Bulletin newsletter Collaborate with editorial teams to ensure consistency across platforms Use SEO, analytics, and engagement tools to drive growth and visibility
Partnerships & Communications
Develop relationships with industry partners, trade associations, and media Oversee PR to position the portfolio as a thought leader within the sector Manage third‑party agencies and freelance support as needed
Performance & Reporting
Track and report on campaign performance across all channelsUse insights to inform future marketing strategy Manage budgets and ensure efficient use of resources
Skills & Experience
Minimum 4 years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally within exhibitions, trade media or publishing Proven ability to deliver successful integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels Strong skills in content marketing, SEO, email strategy, and audience development Proficient in CRM and marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Salesforce Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills
