Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Market Insight Define and implement a local marketing strategy in alignment with global brand and engagement goals. Conduct in-depth market research to identify user needs, emerging trends, and competitive landscape. Adapt global communication and promotional strategies to suit market-specific nuances. Create yearly marketing plans and quarterly tactical roadmaps. Campaign Execution & Optimization Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, push notifications, etc.). Ensure relevance of messaging through content selection, subject line optimization, and A/B testing. Monitor campaign performance and audience engagement; adjust tactics based on insights. Manage local email templates and audience segmentation to drive open and click-through rates. Performance Reporting & Analytics Track and report on KPIs, campaign outcomes, and resource allocation. Provide regular updates on market performance and strategic insights to the global team. Partnerships & Local Activation Build and maintain relationships with medical associations, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations.
