We are seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager to support our Water business - a broad, highly regulated sector where our clients and communities are at the heart of everything we do. Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with the water team and technical experts to deliver a cohesive and impactful marketing strategy that supports business growth and raises Stantec’s profile. Apply your marketing and digital skills to communicate how we’re addressing key challenges in the water sector, ensuring all activity aligns with our UK&I growth strategy. Champion brand consistency, support relationship‑building efforts, and help ensure our marketing approach is thoughtful, strategic, and effective. Manage concurrent initiatives and work with different personality styles and management levels in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

Degree qualified, at least 5 years’ experience in a marketing role – experience in B2B/professional services, construction or engineering sectors highly regarded. Appreciation of marketing within a regulated environment is a must. Storytelling, writing and digital tactics experience (paid search and social media activity). Client‑focused marketing professional with strong project profiling and award entry skills.
