Reporting to the Commercial Director, your responsibilities will include:Leading the development and delivery of the UK marketing strategyDriving acquisition campaigns and new market segmentationManaging external agencies to support campaign deliveryCollaborating with internal teams and the European HQ on strategic planning and reportingOverseeing digital channels, content, events, and social mediaAnalysing ROI, market data, and performance metrics to inform decision-makingWhat We’re Looking ForA strategic thinker with a proven track record of results-driven marketingStrong commercial acumen and the ability to interpret key analytics (e.g. calls, hits, enquiries, segmentation, ROI)Confident working cross-functionally and influencing both internal and external stakeholdersIdeally experienced in healthcare, life sciences, or medical devicesA hands-on marketer who enjoys rolling up their sleeves when neededLocationThis role is primarily based on-site at the company’s UK HQ in West Sussex.
