Our team of 400 AnyVanners across London, Cape Town and Bogota is proving that moving doesn't have to cost the earth by helping save 8,520 tonnes of Carbon each year.We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead AnyVan’s marketing efforts in Spain. This is a pivotal role for AnyVan’s international expansion and will be responsible for making sure our brand finds its core customer base – and grows fast. This role will bring customer insight, deep market knowledge and broad channel expertise to deliver effective campaigns that reach new customers and help drive conversion. It requires a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, supported by the wider marketing function.What You’ll Be DoingDefine and execute the go-to-market strategy for Spain – identifying key audiences, core messages and channel mix – with support from the Head of Brand and CMOBe the voice of the Spanish customer internally, using data and insight to shape the proposition, tone and localisationLead ongoing market activation and campaign delivery with direct responsibility for brand, content, influencer and PR channelsWork with our data and finance teams to ensure all activity is measurable and driving incremental revenue, and lead on reporting back to the businessDevelop, either yourself or working with freelancers, creative and compelling content across the customer journey for a wide range of marketing channels, ensuring local relevance and brand consistencyLead our local PR and influencer channel activity, generating and implementing campaigns that support our marketing strategyCoordinate closely with internal teams to ensure centralised functions, including CRM, product marketing, partnerships, SEO and paid social, are executed effectively within a local contextProactively propose strategies and tactics to optimise marketing efforts, in line with business objectivesContribute towards campaign ideas, as well as brief and feedback on creative with customer insight and brand expertiseSkills and experience you’ll need to be successful in the roleSolid experience launching direct-to-consumer tech businesses in the Spanish market. Bonus points if you've worked in a scale-up.Fluent in both Spanish and English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages.Natural storytelling ability, with experience writing long and short-form copy in Spanish.Broad marketing channel exposure, with direct responsibility for PR and influencer marketing. Knowledge of SEO and partnerships is a plus.Strong experience measuring campaigns against commercial goals and understanding the impact on revenue.Fantastic project management skills, balancing organization and speed of execution.The ability to collaborate and influence – you’ll need to gain buy-in from, and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders across the business.A hands-on, can-do attitude. You’re someone who’s self-motivated, embraces responsibility and knows how to drive results.An appetite to learn and be part of a two-way feedback culture.The ability to commute to our offices in Hammersmith at least 3 days a week.A strong alignment with our company values and able to make an impact!Please note we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
