As Marketing Manager, you’ll collaborate with Brand Commercialisation, Category, Retail, PR, and Franchise teams to deliver campaigns that are strategically aligned, locally resonant, and globally impactful.You’ll lead marketing initiatives for evergreen brands and tentpole properties, driving everything from B2B pitches to consumer engagement. Working alongside the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll ensure campaigns support commercial goals, deliver strong ROI, and reflect the creativity and magic of Disney.This role also represents EMEA marketing needs to the global hub, contributing to franchise and seasonal campaigns. You’ll bring strategic insight, champion innovation, and stay ahead of fashion, media, and cultural trends to ensure our campaigns are inclusive, fresh, and relevant to diverse audiences across the region.This is a fixed-term contract running until October 2026, located at our London office in Hammersmith, requiring four days of on-site attendance per week.What You Will DoMarketing PlanningContribute to annual planning for brand, cross-franchise, and category campaigns, ensuring alignment with business priorities and departmental goals.Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Director, alongside Global Marketing, Brand Commercialisation, Category, and Franchise teams, to develop campaign briefs and pitch materials.Support campaign planning and manage timelines to enable strong creative strategies that reflect brand and commercial objectives.Share plans with local marketing leads and support regional integration.Promote best practice sharing across markets and help establish consistent processes and ways of working.Partner with Brand Commercialisation to ensure cohesive communication and a unified approach across properties.Stay informed on fashion and tech trends to help ensure our marketing remains innovative, inclusive, and relevant.Campaign ManagementOversee campaign workflows and provide regular updates to the EMEA Softlines team.Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and master decks as directed by the Marketing Director.Coordinate with internal creative teams and agencies to ensure production stays on track and within budget.Lead regular regional campaign meetings to maintain clear communication, track progress, and meet key milestones.Allocate team resources thoughtfully to support development and ensure fair distribution of workload.Campaign ExecutionCollaborate with cross-functional teams across Brand Commercialisation, Category, PR/Comms, Social, and Media to deliver impactful campaigns.Partner with cross-line-of-business (XLOB) teams to maximise promotional opportunities and drive full-funnel engagement.Work with global and regional media partners to shape creative toolkits and participate in planning sessions to develop effective assets.Brief relevant marketing functions to ensure campaign objectives are met.Coordinate with global creative teams and agencies to deliver campaign assets, including product shoots, partner creative, and experiential activations.Ensure regional teams have the tools and information needed to activate campaigns across category and retail.Collaborate with Franchise and owned media teams to amplify campaigns across all business lines.Required Qualifications & SkillsAbility to give both internal and agency creative teams clear direction and briefs, and manage feedback and approval process within relevant brand guidelinesAbility to analyse data and consumer insights, construct practical conclusions and implement recommendations to achieve business targetsExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenAbility to be flexible and adaptable with stakeholders at all levels of the organisationAbility to interface effectively with multiple levels of management across global teamsFinancial acumen - ability to understand a P&L and quarterly forecasting processAbility to understand and work within the legal and brand guidelines provided by the relevant departmentResilient and nimble in an everchanging landscapeComputer literate including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and KeynoteWritten and spoken English for business use, essential; professional proficiency in another European language, beneficialGood strategic approach to problem solving and innovationExceptional planning and organisation skillsCultural sensitivity and an understanding of local markets across EMEAThe Perks25 days annual leavePrivate medical insurance & dental careFree Park Entry: the opportunity to enter any of our parks with your family and friends for freeDisney Discounts: entitled to discounts on designated Disney products, resort F&B and ticketingExcellent parental and guardian leaveEmployee Resource Groups – WOMEN @ Disney, Disney DIVERSITY, Disney PRIDE, our new disability & neurodiversity focused group - ENABLED, and our Mental Health & Wellbeing Group, TRUST.The Walt Disney Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
