3+ years of experience managing complex marketing projects or initiatives Proven ability to develop project plans, track progress, and deliver results Experience coordinating work across multiple stakeholders and departments Organized and methodical approach to planning and execution Strong data analysis skills with ability to derive meaningful insights Experience using data to identify process inefficiencies and solutions Comfortable working with marketing metrics and performance indicators Logical problem-solving approach and attention to detail
