Kindred | Marketing Recruitment Specialists is seeking a Marketing Manager – Luxury Hospitality for a 12-month fixed term maternity cover with strong potential to go permanent. Role
As Marketing Manager, you will lead the brand’s marketing strategy and delivery across the full marketing mix. You will work with the senior leadership team and two Marketing Executives to drive campaigns that enhance brand presence, engagement, and the luxury positioning of the group’s properties and experiences across the UK. You will manage multiple projects with high attention to detail, including digital campaigns, social media, PR, events, and partnerships. Some travel to exclusive luxury destinations in the UK may be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Delivery – Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to support the brand’s growth and visibility.
- Digital & Social Media – Oversee engaging, trend-led digital and social media activity, working with agencies where appropriate.
- PR & Communications – Manage press relations, press trips, and media partnerships with consistent, compelling messaging.
- Events & Partnerships – Support brand-led events and partnerships from concept through execution, with attention to detail and creativity.
- Content Creation – Contribute to the production of content across channels, reflecting the brand’s luxury positioning.
- Relationship Building – Nurture relationships with hotel owners, agency partners, journalists, and industry collaborators.
- Market Awareness – Track industry trends, technologies, and competitor activity to keep marketing innovative and relevant.
About You
We are seeking an accomplished marketing professional with proven experience in premium hospitality, travel, or lifestyle sectors. You should be hands-on, capable of delivering across multiple channels while thinking strategically about brand positioning.
- Broad marketing skills spanning digital, PR, social media, communications, events, and partnerships.
- Proven track record in managing integrated campaigns within luxury or premium sectors.
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to craft engaging messaging and build strong professional relationships.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritise effectively and deliver to deadlines.
- A natural curiosity for emerging marketing trends, technologies and platforms.
- Confidence, creativity and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience with booking systems or similar would be a bonus.
