What you'll do
As a Customer Engagement Marketing Manager, you’ll be developing and delivering marketing strategies and briefs that support the priorities of our business. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the overall planning process across the Marketing team, and build strong relationships with a variety of key stakeholders across the Marketing function and wider marketing teams.
Day-to-day, you’ll be:
Delivering the end to end onboarding, lifecycle and engagement strategy customer communications for Premier
Delivering against the brief, at all stages of the campaign development and implementation
Working closely with business stakeholders and D&A on customer targeting
Distributing and managing the sign off all campaigns
Measuring the effectiveness of campaigns and sharing key results
Managing and tracking marketing campaign budgets, making sure targets are reached and spend is tracked accurately
Leveraging our strategic partnerships to make sure that our activity such as brief development, marketing planning and delivery management, reflects leading thinking and best practices
The skills you'll need
We’re looking for someone with a successful background in customer marketing and experience of the affluent customer segment and market. You'll be able to demonstrate experience of delivering end-to-end engagement strategy and cross-channel customer communications. Together with a strong ability to understand and use data and insight to identify customer needs, build target audiences, generate a message matrix, tracking, reporting and optimisation. You’ll bring fresh thinking and creativity to your work, paired with knowledge of marketing strategies, models and practices.
