We’re working with retail destination Fishergate Shopping Centre in Preston, to recruit a Part-Time Marketing Manager – an opportunity designed for senior professionals who want to apply their expertise in a flexible working arrangement. This role offers the chance to shape the perception and performance of a busy, fully let shopping centre with a diverse mix of national retailers and thriving independents – while maintaining the balance you need for school runs, lifestyle choices, or other commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Own and deliver the centre’s marketing strategy, managing budgets and measuring success.
- Campaigns & Events: Curate seasonal campaigns, competitions, and activations to drive engagement and loyalty.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee social media, website, and digital presence to enhance visibility.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with retailers, local organisations, and external partners to maximise opportunities.
- Performance Insight: Monitor ROI, footfall, and sales trends to refine activity.

Working Pattern
