This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of our marketing strategy and make an impact in a dynamic, supportive environment.Job DetailsJob Title: Marketing ManagerReporting To: Sales & Events DirectorResponsibilitiesDriving overall performance of La Mon’s Accommodation, Food & Beverage, Wedding, Country Club, Meetings & Events business segments.Develop the brand presence across all online and offline channels.Creative writing, proof-reading, and content management of La Mon’s website, social media channels, 3rd party sites, and all promotional material.Website management: plan and update content and layout, oversee photo galleries, and implement seasonal theming.Create and lead creative campaigns across all channels to drive total revenue.Analyse, measure, and report on digital performance with clear metrics to optimise engagement and trends.Manage the marketing budget day-to-day, ensure activities deliver strong ROI in support of campaigns.Identify revenue generation opportunities.Liaise with 3rd party agents to deliver promotional material.Set up and manage exhibitions and trade shows.Competency in a creative suite including Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.Digital experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, email marketing platform, ticket systems, and managing multi-channel social media accounts.Plan and manage all advertising efforts and refresh when needed.Essential CriteriaMinimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing or digital marketing roleStrong IT skillsExcellent written and communication skillsHighly effective planning, organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to work on own initiativeCreative flair & enthusiasm for all things marketingExperience of working in the hospitality industryExperience in digital marketingExperience of managing social media accounts, databases, e-mail marketing & Facebook Ads ManagerCurrent valid driving licenseAbility to work occasional evenings and weekendsAbout The CompanyLa Mon Hotel & Country Club is the perfect destination, either to relax and unwind or for a ‘Staycation’, to explore the countless attractions Northern Ireland has to offer.
