As part of a recent channel refresh, we are looking for maternity cover for up to 12 months to continue driving targeted awareness, consideration and conversion with our key audiences.Key ResponsibilitiesLead content strategy and manage the monthly content calendar to ensure consistent, strategic delivery across blog, social media, newsletter, webinar, landing page and case study channels.Create engaging, multi‑channel content that nurtures sales leads and produce one monthly newsletter targeting different audience segments.Organise and produce live webinars, including recording, editing and distribution.Monitor and engage across all social media channels, track mentions and lead company social media posting, particularly leveraging the CEO’s LinkedIn page for founder communications.Work with a digital media agency to optimise paid media spend, drive awareness and increase demo conversions.Help coordinate PR, paid media and events in partnership with the agency.Monitor and analyse performance across all marketing channels, optimise based on data insights, and manage SEO initiatives for both organic and paid social content.Utilise analytics tools, including Google Analytics 4 and HubSpot for newsletters and landing pages, and deliver quarterly reports to the Leadership Team and Board on marketing performance and community insights.QualificationsProven experience in web content production and webinar facilitation.Proficiency with marketing tools: HubSpot (CRM and marketing automation), Canva (design and asset creation) and video editing software.Experience with project management tools: Asana, Slack, Retool and Google Drive.Strong copywriting and content creation abilities, digital marketing strategy and execution, social media management and community engagement, data analysis and performance optimisation, and project management and organisational skills.Desirable: Webinar hosting experience, industry knowledge in ESG, Social Value, B‑Corp or Purposeful Business sectors, advanced analytics experience using Google Analytics and SEMrush, and lead generation expertise with HubSpot campaign setup and management.BenefitsHybrid working arrangement – flexible and supportive culture.Meaningful work in a purpose‑driven organization with opportunities for professional development in digital marketing.Collaborative team environment with direct leadership reporting.Opportunity to make impact during a critical business period and ownership of projects.25 days holiday (pro‑rated for part‑time joiners) plus bank holidays, 2 personal days, 2 annual team away days, 2 paid volunteering days (pro‑rated), enhanced partner/maternity/adoption leave, Perks via CharlieHR (on enrolment) and free eye tests.To apply, please send your CV and cover letter to hello@actionfunder.org with the job title in the subject line. #J-18808-Ljbffr
