We are hiring a Marketing Manager to support the launch of a new international B2B exhibition in the energy sector. This role is responsible for planning and delivering marketing campaigns to drive exhibitor, sponsor, and delegate acquisition in a priority growth market. This is a permanent role. Responsibilities
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital, social, print, PR) Adapt global strategies for the local market, considering cultural and sector-specific factors Collaborate with sales, content, and operations teams to align marketing with commercial goals Lead content development across platforms including website, newsletters, and collateral Monitor performance metrics and adjust campaigns based on data and feedback
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in B2B event marketing or campaign management Experience with CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and basic performance analytics Strong communication, planning, and project coordination skills Ability to manage deadlines across multiple stakeholders Comfortable adapting content for local markets and diverse audiences
Desirable
Experience with international event campaigns Familiarity with digital platforms (e.g. SEO, analytics, social media scheduling tools) Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
