It's an exciting time in Loyalty at Morrisons, we're looking for a Marketing Manager, Loyalty Data Planner to join our Delivery & Analytics team.We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Loyalty Data Planner to join our Customer & Loyalty team. The role will be pivotal in leading a team to drive data-led planning, reporting, and optimisation of our loyalty programme. By turning customer insights into actionable strategies, the Loyalty Data Planner will ensure that offers, campaigns, and experiences are tailored to customer behaviour, delivering stronger engagement, retention, and sales growth.This position follows a 5 day working week, 3 days office based.Hilmore House, our head office, offers convenient amenities, including a subsidised on-site restaurant, coffee shop, convenience and sample store, a prayer room, free parking, and frequent company wide events and promotions.Applicants should live within a reasonable commuting distance of our office.Some of your responsibilities will include:Analyse customer, transactional, and behavioural data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the loyalty programme.Develop customer segmentations and profiles to support personalisation strategies.Monitor campaign performance, redemption, and ROI, delivering actionable insights for continuous improvement.Support defining & delivering Loyalty Data Strategy.Work with CRM, marketing, and category teams to design data-driven loyalty campaigns and offers.Support planning cycles by forecasting customer participation, sales uplift, and incremental value.Collaborate with analytics, finance, and tech teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting.Build test-and-learn frameworks to optimise targeting, offer design, and customer journeysPartner with marketing, commercial, and digital teams to ensure loyalty activity aligns with business objectives.Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear, engaging manner.Act as a data expert, ensuring that decisions are based on robust evidence and customer understandingAbout youWe’ve built an incredibly diverse business, and we’re working hard to make sure we truly represent the communities we serve.
