You will lead efforts to rebuild reputation locally following a complex 2024 water outage, while simultaneously promoting Hastings as a premium holiday destination to attract new visitors.You will develop and deliver insight-led marketing campaigns that balance reputational sensitivity with vibrant destination promotion. This will include managing digital channels like SEO, social media, email marketing, and outdoor advertising, as well as overseeing creative asset development.Building strong relationships with key stakeholders - including tour operators, public transport providers, and regional partners will be key to develop collaborative promotions and strategic partnerships. You will also manage budgets, track campaign performance, and ensure all activities align with brand guidelines.This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a historic seaside town, supporting both community recovery and economic growth.About YouYou are a proactive and creative marketer with experience in reputational management, destination marketing and a strong digital background.
