We need you to support the Senior Manager to develop the product marketing strategy, plan, and budget for an exciting portfolio of Social Fundraising Challenges, Stand Up To Cancer, and DIY fundraising. Further to this, you\'ll manage the delivery of the product marketing plan, meeting KPIs, to time and budget.ResponsibilitiesSupporting the Senior Manager to translate the Fundraising & Marketing operating plan and budget into a product marketing plan and budgetDefining and developing the audiences and product offerings that need activating as part of this marketing plan and manage the development and delivery of cross-channel integrated briefsManaging the planning, set-up, delivery and analysis of integrated multi-channel campaigns that meet and exceed specific product KPIsManaging the content and creative production, testing and optimisation process, ensuring campaign assets are fully aligned with Brand messaging and other communications themesWorking alongside the Senior Manager to motivate the Executives and matrix manage specialist Digital Marketing & Delivery teams to deliver activity across channelsCollaborating with teams across Audience & Product Marketing to identify and implement strategic marketing opportunities and ensure holistic supporter journeys for product audiencesWorking with digital and data experts from across marketing and the wider organisation to improve communications and better engage our audiencesManaging the continuous testing and analysis of campaigns, spotting opportunities to optimise ongoing activity and making recommendations to improve the effectiveness of future campaignsWorking with the Insight team and Senior Marketing Performance Manager to drive development of the marketing strategy and feed learnings into the planning process.QualificationsSignificant experience translating marketing strategy into tactical delivery plans by channel, audience, and budgetSignificant experience overseeing the delivery of paid marketing campaignsSignificant experience planning and delivering multi-channel campaigns that meet campaign KPIsStrong understanding of end-to-end supporter journeys and the role of different channels in fully integrated campaignsRelevant experience of managing and motivating agencies to drive maximum value from relationshipsRelevant line and matrix management experience with proven leadership skills and the ability to manage competing priorities for yourself and othersData-driven with a strong understanding of UX principles and relevant experience of interpreting results and recommending opportunities for optimisationRelevant experience of developing highly effective campaign assets for use across channelsExcellent project management skills including resource and risk managementStrong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPointWhat will I gain?Each and every one of our employees contributes to our progress and is supporting our work to beat cancer.
